Whether you are a new investors or seasoned professional, there is something to learn from this month’s speaker Hannah Fliegel.
In 2003 Hannah began investing in real estate.
Her primary objective was to lower tax rates through a portfolio of real estate holdings.
Hannah worked to create an income stream through rental properties.
By 2005 Hannah successfully lowered her tax bracket from:
42 percent to
28 percent,
While experiencing residential investment positive cash flow and wealth building.
Hannah will share her inspiring story of real estate investing and doing very well from 2003 to 2006.
Needless to say 2006 was a challenging for most real estate investors, Hannah included.
However, she was back on her feet by late 2007 and hasn’t looked back.
She has successfully built a real estate portfolio, yet remains in the 14 percent tax bracket.
She utilizes her real estate portfolio which provides predictable income.
Hannah will share how she is capitalizing in the current real estate market.
